I took these images whilst enjoying some local delights in Budapest. There is a huge range of affordable places to eat but I decided to be a little bit cheeky on the purse strings and took a seat at the Kollazs Brasserie & Bar @ Four Seasons. I indulged in a starter size style of 18 months aged Mangalica Ham with Korozott which is a Hungarian cottage cheese spread. This came with a very fresh bread roll & whipped style butter. All washed down with Sauska Kollazs Sauvignon Blanc from Tokaj in Hungary. Complex and dry, just delightful. Interestingly Tokaj wine is known more for it's sweet wines despite producing more dry. Totally recommend
